Stranger Chat Feature
The Cosmic Stranger Chat feature is free to use for basic random matching. Gender-based matching is a premium feature available only to users on a paid subscription plan.
Free Features (No Refund Applicable)
Random stranger matching, text chat, and video chat are free. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies to these features.
Premium Gender Filter
Gender-based matching is included in Pro and Elite plans only. This feature is part of your overall subscription and is not separately refundable. Subscription refund terms (including the 30-day guarantee) apply to the plan as a whole.
Service Availability
Stranger Chat is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, match quality, or session duration. Temporary unavailability of this feature alone does not qualify for a subscription refund.
AI Astrology Chat Credits
Credits purchased for AI astrology consultations are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon use. The following policies apply:
Credits Are Non-Refundable Once Used
Credits spent on AI astrology chat sessions are consumed immediately and delivered in real time. These cannot be refunded once the consultation has been initiated.
Unused Credits
Purchased credits that have not been consumed remain in your account and do not expire. However, unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
Exceptions
Refunds for credits may be considered in cases of: verified technical failures on our end preventing service delivery, duplicate/erroneous charges, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
